The Galvatherm® flat immersion heater – F-Mount with feet is an all-plastic, robust, and high-performance solution, specifically designed for freeze protection of storage tanks, even large-capacity ones. Its plastic rod structure ensures excellent rigidity, essential for powers starting from 6 kW, while allowing direct installation through an inspection hatch (minimum Ø 500 mm manhole), without prior draining.

  • Power: Particularly suitable from 6 kW up to 15 kW.
  • Materials: PP or PVDF rod structure.
  • Feet: In PP or PVDF, designed for perfect stability at the bottom of the bowl.
  • Heating cable: Teflon® FEP insulated, mounted on snap-ring frame.
  • Standard configuration: Compatible with P30, P40, P90 immersion heaters.
  • All-plastic model: excellent chemical resistance for aggressive environments.
  • Easy installation: via inspection hatch, even on full tanks (Ø 500 mm minimum).
  • Rigid structure: perfectly suited to high power and large tanks.
  • Frost protection for storage tanks, with or without retention.
  • Safe heating of sensitive liquids, particularly in the chemical, agricultural or environmental sectors.
  • Recommended for use in contexts where stainless steel is prohibited or unsuitable.
  • Complies with EN 60519-1/2.
  • Options for enhanced safety:
    • Teflon® FEP-coated PT100 sensor mounted on immersion heater.
    • Cable gland for non-heating cable, guaranteeing tightness of tank outlet.
