Flat Immersion Heaters – A-Mount with Frost Protection Feet

The Galvatherm® flat immersion heater – A-Mount with feet is designed for the frost protection of storage tanks, with or without retention. Its flat design, large heat exchange surface, and foot configuration allow for simple and efficient installation, directly through the inspection hatch with a minimum diameter of 500 mm, even on a full tank. It is an ideal solution to protect your volumes sensitive to low temperatures, completely autonomously.

  • Power: particularly suitable up to 6 kW.
  • Materials: PP, PVDF, FEP-coated or uncoated stainless steel frame.
  • Feet: PP, PVDF, PTFE or stainless steel.
  • Heating cable: Teflon® FEP insulated, mounted on coated metal frame.
  • Standard configuration: For immersion heaters P30, P40, P90.
  • Quick installation: via inspection hatch (manhole Ø 500 mm minimum), no need to empty the tank.
  • Optimized mounting: support feet on each side of the heating section for perfect stability at the bottom of the tank.
  • Compact, high-performance solution: Suitable for volumes requiring constant frost protection.
  • Frost protection for storage tanks, with or without drip tray.
  • Safety heating for sensitive fluids in the food, chemical and environmental sectors.
  • On-site use in winter conditions or in unheated buildings.
  • Complies with EN 60519-1/2.
  • Optional: Teflon® FEP-coated PT100 sensor mounted directly on immersion heater.
  • Cable gland for non-heating cable: improves sealing and durability in demanding conditions.
