Cylindrical Immersion Heater – P-Mount
Galvatherm® cylindrical immersion heaters – P-Mount type are ‘all-plastic’ models designed for power outputs up to 15 kW. They feature integrated feet to elevate the heating zone from the bottom of the tank, thereby providing an efficient heating solution.
- Power: up to 15 kW, particularly suitable for high-power applications.
- Available in 85 mm and 125 mm diameters.
- Materials: FEP or PFA fluoropolymer-insulated heating cable mounted on a PP or PVDF plastic core (ø 20 mm).
- Installation: Designed for installation at the bottom of the tank, with integrated feet to raise the heating section.
- All-plastic model: lightweight, durable design, ideal for use in a variety of environments.
- Raised heating zone: Integrated feet prevent direct contact with the tank bottom, improving heating efficiency.
- Sturdiness and durability: use of resistant plastics to guarantee long life and chemical resistance adapted to industrial conditions.
- Installation flexibility: Adapted to different tank configurations, offering great versatility with a custom-made, non-heating rigid riser.
